2026 City Council Agendas and Minutes

The City Council meets to conduct regular business on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Winsted City Hall, unless noticed otherwise. The City Council may also meet informally in Work Sessions, which typically occur one hour prior to the regular meetings in the same location.

City Council meeting minutes are taken during each meeting.  Draft minutes are completed after each meeting and are not official until approved by the City Council.  Once approved, City Council meeting minutes are posted to this site for public review.
