6th Street Trail Project Information

The City of Winsted applied for an Active Transportation Grant from the Minnesota Department of Transportation and received funding to assist in financing this project. The proposed work includes all materials and labor necessary to construct approximately 2,630 lineal feet of trail along the east side of 6th Street from approximately 750 feet south of Baker Avenue to McLeod Avenue. This project will connect existing city sidewalk infrastructure to the Luce Line Trail.
