NEW Online Payment Portal!

As we continue to grow with the times as a thriving community, we are excited to announce that Winsted citizens have a NEW and ENHANCED customer payment portal on the City of Winsted website.

The new portal is live! Visit the Online Payments Portal to make a payment or to find “frequently asked questions” with information on creating a portal account and enrolling in these new features so paying your bills is easy to do!  

If you were previously enrolled in the automatic withdrawal (ACH) program through the City of Winsted, you do not need to make any changes or enroll in ACH through the online payment portal. You are welcome to register for the online portal to view your monthly bills and bill history, but you will still receive a paper bill in the mail that states "Direct Payment - Do Not Pay" on your bill.

The new portal is more user-friendly – providing more ways to manage your account(s) and improve the overall payment experience with features that include:

✔ Easy enrollment in Auto Pay, E-billing and Text-N-Pay options

✔ Historical bill and payment data

✔ Capability to update your account

✔ Multilingual capabilities

✔ One-view multi-property access
