City of Winsted Seeks Nominations for the
"Steve Stotko Community Enhancement Awards"

The City of Winsted is now accepting nominations for the Steve Stotko Community Enhancement Awards. Formerly known as the Winsted Pride Award, this program celebrates individuals and businesses that have made outstanding contributions to the community through superior property design, thoughtful enhancements, and meticulous maintenance.

The award recognizes both residential and business properties that elevate the aesthetic quality of Winsted and inspire community pride.

"These awards reflect the values and vision of Steve Stotko, a long-time advocate for enhancing the character and beauty of our city," said Mayor Jeff Albers. "We’re excited to recognize residents and businesses who go above and beyond to make Winsted a better place to live, work, and visit."

 

Nominations are due by August 10, 2026.

Nomination forms are included in the City’s utility bill insert and are also available online at:
